Customer Service Specialist

Then you might be our new colleague in the Commercial Team.

In relation to our work with enabling our customers to create Climate Screenings of their products via our award-winning software, we now wish to strengthen our Customer Service Team.

We are searching for a Customer Service Specialist that takes pride and ownership of the tasks ahead, and help our customers get the maximum benefit from our system.

The Ideal candidate will possess the following competencies:

  • Strong and positive communication skills. Always meet our customers with a smile! On phone, E-mail, Chat or in person.
  • Be a star. We are looking for a customer service STAR, leaving a positive and remarkable footprint on the customers in contact.
  • We are a small but growing team, so we all need to take full ownership of our individual areas of responsibility.
  • Persistence. Never leave a case before it’s perfectly settled.
  • Structure. We’re a fast-growing team, with a fast-growing customer base. So a structural approach to this job is elementary.
  • Language skills. Danish and English fluently in writing and verbal. Other language skills are valued but not mandatory.
  • Excel. Our current platform is built in Excel, so you have to be familiar with Excel and preferably an experienced user.

Some of the primary tasks you will be working with:
Our tool is built by engineers but mainly used by non-engineers, so in this role there is a lot of explaining of materials, production processes etc. (You have our full engineering team just around the corner. They will assist you with the in-depth details, and then it’s your responsibility to provide them in a more accessible language to our customers).

Another important element in this role is technical support. As we are using Excel, and have stretched it to its fullest, a few of the enquiries we receive is excel-related. Also, here you are working with a team, that can help and develop your skills along the way.

Målbar is a rapid growing consultancy helping companies to calculate the climate footprint of their products through its streamlined and award-winning life cycle analysis tool. This enables companies to do their own climate footprint assessment and provides them with an insight into the drivers of their product’s climate footprint. An overview which has so far not been possible. We have in a short time been become the preferred solution for the leading Danish furniture and design businesses and we are now rapidly expanding our customer portfolio into the rest of Scandinavia and the UK.

Where is Målbar?
You will be working from our office in Copenhagen, located in the city center close to beautiful parcs and public transports.

When?
The position is to be filled as soon as possible. Interviews are therefore held on an ongoing basis.
